Redeemer Church History

In August 2000, the seeds of Redeemer Church were planted when several families reached out to Denton Bible Church (DBC) for discipleship. In the summer of 2003 a rotation of preachers came from DBC to minister to these like-minded believers, who were gathering at 517 Elm Street on the Square in Graham. And in January 2004, Graham Bible Church (GBC) was born with a Statement of Faith, board of elders, and founding Constitution.

In 2006, the church remodeled an old roller-skating rink to become the new gathering place for GBC. In March 2018, GBC adopted a new Constitution, making it a congregational church. To celebrate the Lord’s faithfulness through the years to strengthen the church and to establish biblical health and regenerate membership, the church changed its name to Redeemer Church.
